Return & Refund

If you want to return an item, the return is free of charge for you one month after receiving the goods. To do so, you must register your return via the contact form HERE. In addition to your personal information, please also write your order number, as well as the reason for the return in the comment field. Our service team will process your request as soon as possible and give you feedback.

You will receive the refund of the returned items, on the payment method as previously selected in your order, within 2-3 days after receiving your return. Please note that there may be delays in this process.
