Where can I find my order confirmation?
The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when you complete the purchase process. Please also check your spam folder.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive your invoice as a PDF attachment with the order confirmation.

I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can have it reset by e-mail. You can do this by clicking on Forgotten password in the customer login area. You will then receive an e-mail which will allow you to reset your password.
How do I create a customer account?
You can easily create a customer account in the customer area. To do this, fill in your personal data in the mandatory fields provided and, after confirming the data, you will receive a registration confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
How do I change my customer data?
You have the possibility to change your data after logging in to your customer account. On the overview page you can change your personal data, billing address and a different delivery address. You also have the option of changing your password in your personal profile.
Our customer service hotline is available Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:30.

Where is my order?
You will receive the tracking number with a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can track the status of your delivery at any time.

How long are the delivery times?
Standard shipping within Germany is 2-3 business days. For more information about shipping times to foreign countries click here
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free of charge from an order value of 50 €. For more information about shipping costs abroad click here.

Shipping is possible within Germany as well as to other European countries. You can find an overview here
Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive the link to your shipment tracking number with the shipping confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided. Please also check your spam mailbox.
How do I return a product?
You can return your order or parts of it free of charge 30 days after receipt of the goods. To do this, you can simply create the return label in our returns portal and conveniently send the goods back to us. To access the returns portal, click here. You can also cancel your order by sending a letter, fax or e-mail.
I have received the wrong goods
If you have received an incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service directly. You can find the contact details here
Refund of the return
Once the goods arrive at our returns warehouse, they will be processed within 2-3 working days and you will be refunded the same way you paid. You can also provide us with proof that you have returned the goods to us so that we can arrange for an earlier refund.
What are lumens?
Lumen is the unit of measurement for the luminous flux of a lamp. The lumen value therefore indicates how bright a lamp is and how much light it emits on all sides.
What is Kelvin?
The Kelvin value is used to measure the light colour, or more precisely the light temperature, because LEDs can emit light ranging from bright, cool white to cosy warm white. At 3000 Kelvin, a lamp is warm white and the higher the value, the colder the light colour, up to 6000 Kelvin with a cold white tone.
Can I use more wattage than is stated on the lampholder?
Basically, the lamp must not have more wattage than is indicated on the lampholder.
What do the test seals on the packaging mean?
The test seals, such as the CE seal, make it clear to the customer that the European standards for product safety have been met.

From now on, all the functions of the Telefunken Smart Light App, which you used to control your Telefunken smart lights, will be available to you via the TUYA App. This step simplifies compatibility and improves performance. Download the TUYA app for free from the App or Google Playstore and log in or re-register. Existing TUYA accesses can be used. Luminaires that you have integrated in your Smart Light App may have to be integrated again in the TUYA App. Afterwards, all known functions will be available to you as before.
